The Downunders Trademark is registered for the following goods and/or services -- "CLASS 25" -- (Clothing). The specific categories are -- LINGERIE, THERMAL UNDERGARMENTS, T.SHIRTS, LEATHER GARMENTS, TRACKSUITS, LEGGINGS, SKIVVIES, DRESSES AND SINGLETS. The distinctive logo with the Southern Cross, kangaroo and traditional coloured badge have the image of Australia dripping from it. The International popularity of all things Australian make this trademark and logo very sort after. Wearable souveniers are the most popular and are the best marketing tool for Logo recognition for future sales. A Trademark is pending "TM" in U.S.A. which was lodged in 1999. The Downunders logo has previously been used in conjunction with the sale of the above mentioned clothing (on a small scale) here in Australia. The clothing and label have been connected with such leaders as the Australian Chamber of Manufacturers and we have been a licensee of the Woolmark Company using the Woolmark logo. |
Since this webpage was established in early 2000 we have realised the enormous potential of the Downunders product lines. This is evident by the amount of traffic to this small page and the amount of forthcoming enquiries. Due to this potential we are currently restructuring and are seeking investment from interested persons or institutions to join our prospective new Company. A complete package is available on request. Quality manufacturers, suppliers and distributors are are also invited to enquire as we embark on an exciting and profitable venture. Many years of R & D have been spent on developing the products in our clothing range, particularly our "Downunders Longjohn" which we believe can gain a large sector of the existing thermal garment market. Other popular products include lycra wear and lingerie which also translate well to Internet Marketing. The thermal Longjohn, has been patented in Australia, New Zealand and the UK etc. It has undergone extensive testing by Antarctic Division, leading motorcycle testers, horse riders, the Wool Corp and the general public for a period of ten years. To date the Downunders Trademark and logo has not been used to it's full benefit which creates a very attractive opportunity for those interested in buying the Company and trademarks. |
